1. Prison to Power Pipeline ("P3") campaign is designed to rehabilitate our black citizens who have faced incarceration and desire to restore their roles as a member of society. Life after incarceration is cruel for many. A 3-year sentence should not cause a lifetime of adversity O40A's P3 is an initiative to purchase acres of farm land thus creating a safe and honest work environment for program participants to own and rebuild their lives. P3 provides a restart without the pressures of having a foot on their neck or a parole officer writing participants up.

2. A Fresh Start campaign is designed to provide black citizens free land and access to money to build up to 1/2 acre per O40A member. Our cities have become havens of poverty and the many symptoms that follow poverty; violence, drugs, gangs, etc. The Fresh Start campaign allows anyone who wants to move, the resources to go.
